As a Sales Assistant, you will reflect the JOSEPH luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive and professional attitude, dress code and behaviour. You will work within a customer focused role driving client loyalty and sales through a unique and personal service.Provide a tailored in-store experience, that is welcoming and friendly for clients.Demonstrate understanding of our luxury products & provide knowledgeable recommendationsMaximise sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets & KPIs.Work to maintain, to a high standard, the shop floor & display merchandise.Be proactive in your approach towards your clients.As a brand ambassador, work to build relationships with new clientele, and maintain with established clients.Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individuals needs and requirements.Additional Requirements:People points:You have strong people skills youre approachable, a good communicator & listener and empathetic.Your work hours will be based on your availability, and business needs, and may vary week to week.Youre passionate about luxury fashion and eager to share that passion with others.You understand business needs and are motivated by sales.You show strong teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate with others.Why work with JOSEPH?As a team member and brand ambassador, you are an integral part of the JOSEPH brand and identity, and we will work to help you build your career within the luxury retail industry.
