This is a critical role in the delivery of RH Amars E-Commerce strategy - over the last 5 years we have significantly grown our E-Commerce business ahead of the market and weve got exciting plans to deliver further growth! The role will lead the strategic customer planning, execution and delivery of joint business plans with Amazon.This is a highly commercial position that will suit someone who has experience of working within FMCG as an Account Executive, or Account Manager, for Amazon already. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou will own the Amazon account, managing all communication, commercial terms and your own P&L. Youll track, manage and report on E-commerce performance against key KPIs and work with the wider sales team towards improving our E-Commerce Execution, ensuring effective cross-functional working to further improve RH Amars digital capability. You will be responsible for: Devising and delivering a three-year E-Commerce strategy.Delivery of financial business targets Sales, profit, spend, payment days.Delivery of distribution, display, share of shelf %, promotions and brand activation targets.Vendor Central end to end creation of new products & management of the platform on RH Amars behalf.Working with brand managers / brand partners and digital execution manager to identify opportunities and deliver accelerated E-Commerce growthProduction of various reports including EPOS maintaining specific brand EPOS databases - and Net PPM Data.Advertising and Content DevelopmentUtilising your commercial acumen and working closely with brand partners to build brand stores and develop highly compelling and engaging content. Working with brand partners on Advertising campaigns, reporting on metrics and presenting back. Tracking advertising spend and charging back to brand partners. Ongoing management of images/videos/bullet points/titles via Vendor CentralWorking closely with the marketing team to drive the digital agenda across the business. Working closely with Brand Partners to Warehouse/Supply Chain:Working with transport & logistics to ensure orders are being booked & fulfilled in a timely manner.Reporting on shortages to supply chain, ensuring demand is captured and reordered for future. Supporting integration and ongoing management of Khoo Commerce software and database. Proactively communicating business opportunities / risks with solutions to deliver and produce accurate volume and value forecasts.Supporting the wider business with our inhouse B2B ordering system.Finance Reviewing of monthly invoices / adding them to Sage and correctly assigning themWork with finance on shortages/price queries to resolve on Vendor Central/AVS.REQUIREMENTS:As well as your prior Account experience within FMCG, you will have: Experience across the sales function, managing Amazon and other E-Commerce customers.A good understanding of different Amazon models.Experience of interacting with Marketing on devising digital strategy.A network of useful contacts across customers and digital execution agencies and an ongoing desire to develop this network.An enterprise mindset that adds value to the wider business a true team player.Experience within a portfolio business working across multiple brands and large product ranges Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
