As Business Development Manager - Energy Infrastructure, you will be responsible for developing business across four fast-growing markets: solar PV, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage. With a focus on strategic sales and project involvement from early stages, you'll engage a wide network of stakeholders including EPCs, System Integrators, OEMs, Utilities, Operators and DNOs.The Business Development Manager - Energy Infrastructure will sell a suite of high-performance products such as HMI's, SaaS, cabinets, voltage protection, remote condition monitoring, tooling, cabling and connectors. You'll work closely with internal technical and product teams across the UK and Europe to deliver tailored solutions and win high-value business. This is a field-based, national role with regular travel and the autonomy to shape your territory and sales strategy.Requirements:To be considered for the Business Development Manager - Energy Infrastructure role: Proven field sales experience in a technical or engineering-led environment Background in complex, multi-stakeholder business development Experience working with contractors, EPCs, energy operators, OEMs or utilities Strong understanding of the UK energy infrastructure or renewables sector (preferred) Comfortable with national travel and occasional international tripsThe Package for Business Development Manager - Energy Infrastructure: 60,000 - 65,000 basic salary 10-15% annual bonus Tesla company car or 843/month car allowance 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Up to 10% employer pension contribution Life assurance x3 salary Denplan and optional private health insuranceThe Company:A global industrial automation and electronics leader with over 175 years of innovation.
