This company is making a real impact in both the Mens and Womens health space - two areas seeing rapid growth as awareness around hormone health increases.Were looking for a driven, experienced KAM who knows the local landscape well.What the role looks like:You'll be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across your accounts.Build strong, long-term relationships with ICBs, PCNs, and secondary care teams.Work strategically across both primary and secondary care.Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive customer success.Therapy area focus:Womens Health 70% primary care (ICBs/PCNs), 30% hospital.Mens Health 70% secondary care, 30% primary.What were looking for:Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of the South West healthcare landscape.Background in Mens or Womens health is great, but not essential.Great communicator written and verbal.Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite.Whats on offer:Dynamic and supportive team culture.Chance to grow with a company thats scaling fast.
