In this high-impact role, youll lead joint business planning, drive profitable growth, and build DCS market share by aligning supplier and customer ambitions.Key Responsibilities:Deliver supplier objectives through strong Joint Business Plans (JBPs)Own the full customer strategy, from relationship management to forecasting and commercial executionUnderstand your customer in depth KPIs, formats, pricing, supply chain, marketing strategy, and moreCollaborate on accurate volume and value forecastingModel and manage long-term account plans, including full analysis of ROI on supplier investmentsControl budgeted customer investment and efficiently manage invoice and claims processesSet up and monitor rebates/accrualsInfluence core range and distribution opportunitiesTrack and interpret EPOS and competitor data to identify opportunitiesMaintain rigorous standards around compliance, especially related to the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) of medicinal productsProduce actionable reports for internal and external stakeholdersExperience & Skills:Results-oriented, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent commercial acumen and ownership of P&LStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProven customer focus with advanced influencing and negotiation capabilitiesForecasting, planning, and category management experienceHighly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business email communicationStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbout DCS Group:DCS Group is the UKs leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter of Health, Beauty, and Household products.
