Are you Strategic with an Operational mindset?Are you looking to work for an established brand and help it grow to the next level?The Role:Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive E-Commerce Sales Manager to work closely with the senior leadership to own and lead the clients operations and scale their online sales experience as the business evolves and grows. This is a senior role for an experienced sales professional with a background in online retail clothing, leisure, or spots wear. You will need a solid understanding of Shopify and a real passion for digital trading and consumer experience. You will have a robust understanding of sales forecasting and brand awareness working closely with the Marketing team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the sales and strategic planning of the clients e-commerce growth across all sales channelsOversee and manage the customer journey from start to finishExperience of export and global salesManage the online launch of new productsWork alongside the marketing team to promote sales campaignsEnsure sales items are always in stock and available onlineAnalyse sales performance and trendsWork with external agencies to deliver a first-class brand experience55,000-80,000 DOE plus company bonusShifts between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. This is an office-based role with free on-site parking.The individualWere looking for people who have:Extensive sales experience in e-commerce management, ideally in the clothing, leisure or gym wear, footwear sectorsProven experience with ShopifyLeadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organisation skillsStrategic mindset but happy with day-to-day operational dutiesUnderstanding of e-commerce marketingA real interest in fashion, leisure wear or sportswear, fitness, and lifestyle brandsAttention to detail.Excellent organisational skillsExceptional customer service skills.Working with Certain AdvantageWe go the extra mile to find the best people for the job.
