Youll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results through data-driven strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central clients, acting as their primary point of contact.Analyse client performance data (sales, advertising, inventory, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.Develop and implement strategies to grow client revenue, optimise listings, and improve account health.Collaborate with internal teams (PPC, content, logistics) to execute client strategies effectively.Prepare and present performance reports, providing clear recommendations to clients.Stay updated on Amazons policies, tools, and trends to ensure clients remain competitive.What Were Looking ForOffice: Must be able to travel to our Alconbury Weald (Cambridgeshire, UK) office Monday-Friday.Experience: 2+ years in account management, ideally within an Amazon agency or e-commerce environment.
