This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and management.The Sales Lead Specialist will also be responsible for working with the Marketing and Sales Teams to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process. Additional responsibilities of this position includeKey Accountabilities:Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads and requestsAllocating prospects and qualified leads to appropriate sales teamsManaging the lead qualification and tracking and processUpdating Leadership Team on Lead progressionManaging CRM System and ensuring Database IntegrityManaging contact information and reference listsHelping to define Data Profile/Fields for Leads and Prospects, and Customers.Maintaining our Referral Leads system from end to end and tracking till won/lostMaintain Database Integrity.Working with marketing to report on Campaign ResultsEssential SkillsThe ideal candidate for the Sales Lead Specialist, and will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. They will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and a team player.
