Our client is recruiting for a Business and Finance Systems Analyst to join their team.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.This position will optimise the 4 different systems they use as a business, looking at ways they can 'speak to each other and develop efficiency drivers that will improve operational performance.Responsibilities include:Create a process map for all different key MI systems - CRM, Operations Management system, Finance and Purchasing system, and Project Management systemWork with Management team to identify business needs and recommend solutionsIdentify process weaknesses and devise data driven solutions to improveImprove efficiency of output of Key Business reportsBridge the gap between business needs and technological solutionsWork independently and as a team with Finance Reporting Analyst and IT team to improve reporting outputsCovering for Finance Reporting Analyst during holidays and absenceWere looking for a candidate who has:Experienced in process mapping, project support and process improvementProgramming skillset (Python or SQL, MACRO language (Visual Basics)Advanced excel and Access systems skills, covering macrosStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIdeally some exposure to, or understanding of, accounting, to understand relevant inputs/outputs desired
