National Account ManagerPlease make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Manage and grow a portfolio of key national accounts to ensure high customer satisfactionand long-term retention.Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK within the corrugatedpackaging sector.Lead the development of customer forecasts, pricing proposals, and account strategies incollaboration with internal departments.Build strong, multi-level relationships within merchant/trade customer organisations.Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and planning teams to deliver tailoredsolutions for customer needs.Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular performance analysis tosupport account growth.Act as the central point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure alignment with the widerbusiness strategy.Skills and experience required Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-makers. Confident using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer and market data to driveperformance. Strong organisational and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to manage workload independentlyExperience: Proven success within the corrugated packaging industry (essential). Experience dealing with large merchant/trade customers with complex, multi-contact structures (preferred).
