This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally-savvy marketer with a strong eye for design and a passion for social content creation.About the Company:Our client is a well-established and rapidly expanding B2C retail brand known for delivering high-quality products and engaging customer experiences. With a growing online presence and a strong focus on brand storytelling, they are now looking to elevate their digital marketing efforts with the addition of a creative, content-focused marketer.The Role:The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through digital channelsparticularly across social media. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on content creation skills, and who has a sharp design sensibility.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)Design visual assets for use in social media, email campaigns, website, and digital adsCraft compelling, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns, and promotional materialsSupport and optimise paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance, offering data-driven recommendationsCollaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, product, and customer service teamsStay up to date with the latest trends in social media, content, and designCandidate Profile:1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (ideally within a B2C or retail setting)Demonstrable experience in graphic design using tools Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preffered).Proven ability to create engaging social content, both visual and writtenFamiliarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)Strong communication skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindsetAnalytical approach to marketing performance and metricsIf you think this would be a good fit please apply or send your CV to jasmin.neade@intechnologygroup.com
