We call this commitment Care by Design.About the roleAn Anaesthetic Territory Manager at Fisher and Paykel means being a trusted clinical advisor, building relationships and changing clinical practice. Our current opportunity is working with consultant anaesthetists in theatres to improve patient outcomes across the South East (outside M25). You will have 3 to 5 years experience in either a medical sales role where you are able to navigate the NHS purchasing process and have a proven track record; or in a clinical role with a background as an anaesthetic ODP or theatre exposure. Your patch will be the whole of the South East of England with key hospitals in London, so living in easy reach of London, with the flexibility to travel further to build the region, would be ideal. We offer outstanding on the job training to bring you up to speed on the products and therapy, as well as our approach to relationship building to ensure you create sustainable professional relationships that last for years.What the role involvesManages and maintains the assigned territory with existing accounts to retain and grow businessMeets regularly with regional clientsResponds to regional client needs with solutions from the CompanyObserves competitor strategies within the assigned territoryRegularly analyses, tracks and reports on territory to Regional ManagerFills in CRM with relevant dataAnalysis of sales data using Power BIMonitors sales KPIs to align business support services and develops win/win strategic partnerships accordinglyIdentifies business growth areas and aligns sales strategies and tactical plans accordinglyDevelops long-term relationships with existing customersLeads training sessions on Company productsAttends trade shows and conferencesMeets/exceeds sales targets, regularly by monitoring business plan to make sure it is achievedRegularly attends sales meetings, product presentations and briefingsKeeps up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with healthcare professionals during presentationsKeeps up to date with new developments in the NHSStays informed about the activities of healthcare services in assigned territoryDevelops and maintains supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organisationBuild and maintains positive working relationships with medical staffDevelops relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and leverages their support to gain new advocatesKey competencies for successA track record of success selling a technical and clinical device into theatre or procedural environment.A high level of selling, commercial acumen and negotiating skillsExcellent verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clientsAdept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and dataIn-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reportsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamUK driving licenseIf this role looks like a good career move for you, we would love to hear from you!
