With a strong focus on contemporary design and technical excellence, they are committed to creating inspiring spaces that exceed client expectations.They foster a collaborative and progressive studio environment, placing emphasis on professional development, work-life balance, and maintaining an open, supportive culture for their growing team.About the Role:Due to continued growth and a busy pipeline of exciting residential and hotel projects, our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' Revit experience, with a proven background working on residential schemes and hotel developments from concept through to construction stages.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Technologist who is seeking to take on a leadership role within a respected practice.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the production of technical packages using Autodesk Revit.Manage detailed BIM models, ensuring design integrity and technical accuracy.Oversee the development of construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM protocols and workflows.Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, codes, and best practices.Participate in site inspections and coordinate with project teams throughout all project stages.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.Proven track record delivering residential and hotel projects through all RIBA stages.Excellent technical design skills and attention to detail.Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for quality design and technical delivery.Benefits:Competitive salary of 40,000 - 50,000, dependent on experience.Pension scheme.Friendly and supportive studio culture.Flexible working arrangements considered.On-site parking and excellent local transport links.We value diversity and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
