Join 7video Ltd, a dynamic video production and animation company, as we grow our marketing and digital outreach team.About the Role:We're looking for a Social Media Expert to take charge of our digital voice, managing and growing all our social media platforms to engage current clients and attract new ones. As part of our ambitious team, you'll develop and implement strategic campaigns that reflect our brand, drive engagement, and support wider marketing goals.As your role grows, you'll also have the opportunity to support some of our amazing clients with their social media strategies, giving you a diverse and rewarding workload.Responsibilities:Own and manage all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Plan, schedule, and deliver creative and results-driven campaigns in line with our marketing strategy.Create engaging content in collaboration with our video and animation teams.Monitor performance metrics, report on KPIs, and optimise campaigns for reach and engagement.Work closely with our sales and marketing team to align social activity with business goals.Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.Support client social media needs, from content planning to campaign management (as needed).About You:Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media for brands or agencies.Strong understanding of different platform algorithms and best practices.Confident using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Strong copywriting skills and eye for visual content.Data-savvy, comfortable tracking and interpreting analytics.Experience running paid social campaigns and working within a marketing strategy.Bonus: experience working in a creative, media, or video-focused environment.
