Job Description

The Firm Established in 2020, KP Law (previously Keller Postman) is a specialist litigation boutique, focussing on collective redress. The Role Role Responsibilities As the Marketing and Communications Officer, you will support the Head of Marketing in driving the marketing, digital and communications activities of the firm as well as being responsible for producing all non-legal client communications required to support the business and build client engagement and therefore client value. The marketing and communications officer will also be responsible for leveraging data and insights to continually review and optimise prospect and client communication as well as campaign engagement performance. Communication channels will include, but not be limited to, web, social media and other digital marketing platforms, plus other traditional offline channels including email, SMS, telephone and print. Specific responsibilities include: Support the delivery of the firms' communications and engagement strategy Working with other stakeholders to plan and execute ongoing prospect and client engagement and communication activities to build client loyalty. Produce all non-legal content to support marketing, digital and communication activities. This includes identifying and then writing, editing and publishing content and copy for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing and other marketing and communication campaigns, social media posts, infographics and other traditional offline channels including print. Assist in management and updating of KP Law owned websites (including operating CMS) and social media platforms Develop and implement marketing and lead generation campaigns to drive new clients to a combination of new and existing claims. These will target both existing and new clients. Manage and direct external communication agencies including content/copy writers Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications Identify, analyse, and measure communication trends and based on this analysis, make recommendations for future communication campaigns and channels Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of all communications including metrics such as open rates, opt-in/outs, and engagement using tools such as GA etc. Person Specification The successful candidate must have Over 5 years marketing, lead generation and communication experience including email and other channel marketing Experience of CRM and utilising CRM platforms to build and implement client engagement Outstanding written skills with the ability to write creativity The ability to work on multiple campaigns at the same time Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships in a matrix organisation 2-3 years word-press experience to manage, build, and plan web pages and new content Experience in creating graphics for social media and web content 2-3 years of social media management across different platforms Ideally the successful candidate will have a relevant degree (potentially English) and experience within a volume-based law firm, other lead generating business or agencies.
