Position: PRODUCTION OPERATIVE / LABOURER Location: Witney Salary: 12.75 per hour Planet Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Production Operative based in Witney. The role involves manufacturing prestressed concrete flooring products, including activities such as emptying, cleaning, setting, and filling steel moulds. It is a manual, labour-intensive role mainly outdoors in various weather conditions.Working hours are Monday to Friday, ranging from 40 to 45 hours per week. The options are:40-hour week: 7am to 4pm45-hour week: 6am to 4pm or 7am to 5pmOwn transport is recommended due to the location.Main responsibilities:Manual handling and liftingKnocking out dividing rubber formersManually turning finished beamsMeasuring and setting beds accuratelyPlacing concrete from truck mixer to mouldsVibrating and finishing concreteCovering beds with insulated coversCutting finished productsOperating forklift counterbalance truckCleaning beds, tools, formers, and yard areasExperience and qualifications:Hardworking and physically fitComfortable lifting heavy items dailyOwn transportCommute areas include: Witney, Carterton, Ducklington, Clanfield, Oxford, Woodstock, KidlingtonNote: This role is advertised by Planet Recruitment, an employment agency.
