Administrative Assistant - Reception Part-time,TermTime Only(plus5 days in holiday time) 22.5hours per weekover 5 days Permanent Start date: 1September 2025 Salary:£23,632to £24,712FTE(actual£12,568to£13,142per annum)dependingon experience We areseekingan efficient, well-organised and enthusiastic administrator to join our committed and hard-working office teamto work on reception. Join our friendly Office Team You will be the first point of contact for parents, carers,visitorsand staff.Youwillpossessexcellent communication, organisational and IT skills, and will feel comfortable managing a diverse workload within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Our core office hours arefrom 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday during term time.You willbe requiredto work 4.5 hours a day,22.5 hours per week(a mix ofeither08:00-12:30 or 12:00-16:30to be agreed on successful appointment).There are 5additionaldays to be worked during the school holidays including1 day to be worked on GCSE exam results day in August,2 days in the last week of the summer holidays,and the remaining 2 arranged by negotiation.
