The standard hours of work are39 hours per week . Staff are required to work on a rota basis between08:00 - 17:00 .There will be a need to work 1 in 4 weekends, on a rota basis, with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary . Using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales operational. What you will do: Perform routine and non-routine maintenance Repair mains water supply systems Fault finding, identifying and repairing faulty or expired equipment Conduct inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments What you will bring: A full driving licence Experience in a commercial environment Experience operating light plant NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (consider NVQ Level 2) Legionella Control (L8) certification is desirable We welcome applications from diverse candidates.If you have most of these skills and experiences, we encourage you to apply; we may offer development or training if needed.
