Direct message the job poster from Ipsum Talent Acquisition Partner - IPSUM (Power Division)Your New Role The Business Support Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Power Division. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist the MD and senior leadership team with administrative tasks, document management, and coordination of business activities. Principal Accountabilities: Produce agendas for meetings Preparation of quality, impactful, PowerPoint presentation packs and reports based on content guidance. Provide support to the smooth running of the business management regime including scheduling of meetings, coordination of attendees and the collation of materials necessary for effective meetings. Ensure that content for meetings is prepared in a timely manner to ensure the effective running of meetings Assist with correspondence, emails and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Organise and maintain records and files in a confidential manner. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director. Assist in financial administration such as handling receipts and expense reports. Handle customer enquiries and provide support as needed. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Provide administrative support associated with the integration of acquired businesses into the division. Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned About You Required Qualifications & Professional Membership(s): Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential). K nowledge & Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Familiarity with CRM or ERP software is an advantage. Proven experience in an administrative or business support role. Experience in a corporate or business environment. Skills & Personal Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Able to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Accuracy and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
