Join to apply for theHR Administrator - TUPE (FTC)role atMitie Cleaning & Hygiene ServicesJob Overview We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team, responsible for ensuring accurate processing of TUPE employee administration data and managing TUPE queries via phone and email for both TUPE in and TUPE out.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily checks on TUPE IN workloads, ensuring data is processed accurately and timely.Collaborate with divisions within MITIE to ensure successful employee transfers.Resolve issues with employee data swiftly to ensure correct payroll setup.Provide excellent service for all TUPE-related queries.Check data reports related to TUPE OUT.Liaise with managers and payroll to facilitate employee transfers and deductions.Complete and distribute TUPE reports accurately and on schedule.Candidate RequirementsExperience in an HR administration role is preferred; training will be provided.Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; payroll knowledge and SAP experience are advantageous.Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including virtual GP services, financial wellbeing schemes, flexible lifestyle benefits, high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, life cover, pension contributions, share plans, employee recognition programs, and training opportunities.Additional Information Mitie is committed to inclusivity and accessibility in our recruitment process.
