Deliveroo HopLaunched in September 2021, Deliveroo Hop is our speedy grocery delivery service, aiming to deliver groceries in as little as 10 minutes. We partner with trusted grocers to bring customers the best products at lightning speed, supported by a network of stores and a team trained to manage operations efficiently. What you'll be doingOversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets Manage a team to hit targets Communicate with riders to ensure prompt deliveries Run the dispatch area and support packing delivery orders Ensure all deliveries are scanned and claims logged Unload deliveries accurately, ensuring proper product placement and date rotation Maintain accurate stock counts Partner with Warehouse Management to ensure smooth operations Keep the warehouse clean and safe, addressing hazards promptly Complete H&S checks and ensure procedures are followed RequirementsExperience in a similar environment (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse/Last mile delivery) is valued but not required Hands-on mentality and attention to detail Leadership experience Proven ability to meet targets (e.g., pick times) Good attendance and punctuality Leadership and training experience Positive attitude and team contribution Right to work in the UK What you'll receive£14.95 hourly salary Guaranteed 37.5 hours minimum/week Weekly payroll Growth opportunities, onsite training, potential transition to higher roles Deliveroo Plus subscription and other benefits like gym discounts, wellbeing, and pension contributions Workplace & DiversityWe prioritize employee welfare and promote diversity, welcoming everyone regardless of gender, race, sexuality, religion, or personal preferences.
