About The Role Area Sales Manager - Covering the South Coast AreaUp to £50,000 Basic DOE, Realistic OTE £80,000+ (Uncapped Commission) + Company car Full-time hours. Based from home, regional role covering the following postcode areas: BH - Bournemouth SO - Southampton PO - Portsmouth DT - Dorchester SP - Salisbury Carfinance 247 is the leading online Car Finance broker in the UK, specializing in providing customers with Car Finance through our Manchester headquarters, home-based operations, and our rapidly expanding motor dealer channel. This is a new and growing area of our business, and we are developing a team of Field Sales Professionals to proactively grow the motor dealer channel. As an Area Sales Representative, you will manage a territory, working with an internal Relationship Manager to develop the region. Your focus will be on maximizing leads and revenue from existing partners and building new relationships with dealers to expand our network. This role offers a significant opportunity to advance your career and contribute to our business growth. Responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager:Manage and develop a regional area in the UK. Proactively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247. Build and maintain relationships with existing motor dealers, integrating CF247 into their finance offerings. Liaise with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Use and update the CRM system to manage activity and pipeline. Conduct business reviews to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance. Attend Head Office meetings once per quarter. About YouProven track record of selling into the Motor Trade. Experience in account management and business development in motor finance is desirable. Proactive with high levels of activity to meet targets. Target-driven with a history of achieving sales goals. Excellent communicator who builds strong customer relationships. Skilled in winning and maintaining new business. Strong negotiating and influencing skills. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. BenefitsUncapped commission.
