Job Title: Architectural Technician Location: Belfast Salary: £30,000 – £35,000  An award-winning architectural practice based in Belfast is seeking a motivated and skilled Architectural Technician to join their growing team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of exciting projects within the Residential, Leisure & Retail, Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential Care sectors.  If you're someone who enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish and wants to be part of a supportive team that values creativity , this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate projects through all stages, with a focus on education schemes. Prepare detailed working and tender drawings to a high technical standard. Manage and submit planning and building control applications. Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance with regulations and design intent. Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Key Requirements: Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification. Experience working in a UK-based architectural practice. Demonstrated experience within the education sector is preferred. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards. Strong technical detailing and design skills. Excellent organisation, communication, and coordination abilities.
