Description of the role Were now recruiting a Bartender, to be working as part of our wider team at the flagship club in Canary Wharf. We are looking for a person whos excited to join our Canary Wharf team and be an integral part of working in a fast-paced, social environment where quality, hospitality, and community come first. Key Responsibilities Serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including draught beer and wines Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the bar and mezzanine area Deliver friendly, efficient and professional service at all times Handle payments and operate the till with accuracy Ensure the bar environment reflects Padiums premium, community focussed atmosphere Required background personal characteristics People oriented, enjoy social interaction and a passion for customer service Previous bar/pub, cafe or hospitality experience is essential Ability to prioritise and work within a fast-paced environment Youre reliable, proactive, and thrive in a team-focused environment Attention to detail particularly concerning the standard of the club facilities Drive and passion for padel and being a part of building the brand Padium Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to apply Salary 14/hour Working hours This will be a shift-based role between the hours of 5pm-10pm Monday-Friday, 12pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday. We will put together a weekly schedule with regular times from week to week. Starting date The candidate is expected to start in May 2025.
