We are currently on a journey to grow the business through both organic growth and acquisitions The Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager within the Construction/Built Environment industry with a desire and ability to generate sales. The role will initially be focused on our Building Compliance division and will progress to support our additional divisions - Building Control and Building Safety. Hybrid role consisting of account management and new business Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities Keep prospective client database updated Make cold calls to generate new business leads Maintain knowledge of all service offerings within the group Target dormant or lapsed accounts to reactivate them Source and attend networking events Skills and Experience Experience within a similar role type and industry is desirable Ability and confidence to build relationships face to face and over the phone Excellent customer relationship management Ability to upsell current services Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner Organised approach Strong IT skills What we can offer you Overall, you can accrue up to 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays). - 21 Days Holiday. - 8 Bank Holiday Days. - Each year you work for the company you will receive 1 extra day holiday added to your entitlement up to a maximum of 4 extra days. - On top of this you will also receive a day off for your birthday!
