Pay Scale: Starting at 14.13 per hour, rising to 14.31 after probation. Opportunity to progress to 15.01 at your own pace. Pay details are inclusive of the Rural Allowance. About the Role This young person enjoys interacting, spending time outdoors, playing ball and on the swings, going on shopping trips, spotting lorries, eating chocolate and having a laugh! His current support team describe him as having an infectious laugh and a great personality! He enjoys going at his own pace and really values having a close relationship with his family. This person responds best to a trusted team who focus on his support who show resilience, offer patience, understanding, compassion and a relaxing, low arousal environment and requires full support with personal care. About You Youll play a key role in supporting his wellbeing and creating a relaxed, low-arousal environment to promote rest, as well as supporting him with all aspects of personal care. Were looking for fun, enthusiastic, and adaptable people who can follow the lead of the person you support. Youll be calm under pressure and naturally collaborative. If you have a laid-back personality, a proactive mindset, and a caring nature, you could be a perfect fit.
