We are seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser in the WORCESTER area, working in partnership with an established estate agency business. As a Mortgage Adviser working from busy estate agent offices, you will have access to a strong lead source with appointments and leads generated by the sales teams. The role offers a competitive employed package, with successful candidates expected to earn around £50,000+ per annum once established. Requirements include being CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months or more experience in whole-of-market mortgage broking. Experience within the estate agency sector is advantageous but not essential; a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important.
