The team combines deep sector insight, expert consulting capabilities, and trusted relationships to design and implement supply chain transformation programs, including digital and technology integration. The Manager role is ideal for someone with experience in Supply Chain and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in complex projects. Managers need to be comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate adaptability and continuous growth in skills and knowledge. What will you be doing? Leading client engagements to deliver high-quality outputs and becoming the most trusted advisor in Supply Chain. Using leading practice problem-solving methodologies within Transformation, Digital, and Sustainability capabilities. Acting as the day-to-day client interface, providing effective, credible, and timely communications with senior clients. Managing high-quality analysis that combines KPMG expertise and market insight with quantitative and qualitative analytics. Supporting sales and new business opportunities, and developing propositions using your sector experience. What will you need to do it? Background in consulting or industry with a specialist focus on Supply Chain, either from an operational or transformation perspective. Strong experience in one or more of the following technical areas, with some exposure across others: Supply Chain Transformation: Identifying and unlocking value across the supply chain from scoping and design to implementation. Digital Supply Chain: Implementing leading supply chain technologies like robotics, automation, AI, analytics, and big data. Supply Chain Sustainability: Improving ethical and sustainable footprint across the supply chain, including decarbonization and human rights. Supply Chain Analytics: Developing digital supply chain models and using large data sets for visibility and efficiency improvements. Network Optimization: Optimizing networks from cost and service perspectives, including network design and warehouse optimization. Planning: Experience within the Sales & Operational Planning process. Logistics & Manufacturing: Performance improvement in logistics or manufacturing environments. Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras: Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines. Highly effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills; credible and confident with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of managing small teams, coaching and mentoring junior staff. Audit experience within a ‘Big 4’ consultancy, or mid-tier firm.
