Preferred: Experience with top-tier solar installers or involvement in SOP development.Deep understanding of homeowner pain points (e.g., system efficiency, ROI period, roof compatibility, policy incentives).Proficient in core residential PV components (inverters, mounting systems, storage) and selection criteria.Knowledge of local regulations (grid connection, subsidies) and safety standards (electrical/structural).Ability to translate technical jargon into customer-friendly language and create standardized materials (FAQs, scripts, case studies).Experience developing training content and coaching sales teams.Bachelors degree (Energy, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred).Fluent English.
