As the Site Services Manager, youll manage both day-to-day maintenance and longer-term project work, supporting production by keeping critical services running and continuously improving site performance.ResponsibilitiesAs the Site Services Manager, you will:Oversee the operation and maintenance of all site utilities, including steam, refrigeration, water, nitrogen, CO2, compressed air, and effluent treatment.Manage reactive and planned maintenance across all site services and facilities infrastructure.Lead and support site projects related to infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and compliance.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Coordinate and manage contractors and third-party service providers.Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and health & safety teams.RequirementsThe ideal Site Services Manager will have:Proven experience in a Site Services Manager or Facilities Manager role, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing.Strong knowledge of site utilities systems: steam, refrigeration, water, compressed gases, and effluent treatment.Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent hands-on experience.If youre interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
