Were seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Technician to support the smooth operation of our facility and equipment.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine and emergency maintenance on machinery and facility systems.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in production and building equipment.Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track tasks and repairs.Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.Source and manage spare parts inventory.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and operational procedures.Participate in training and development to stay current with evolving technologies.What Were Looking For:Completion of a recognized multi-year apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification.Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and organizational abilities.Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to out-of-hours maintenance needs.Ability to interpret technical documentation and follow detailed instructions.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
