The role is site-based full-time and covers the project from pre-construction through to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Act as the sole mechanical lead on site, reporting to the Project DirectorOversee the full mechanical scope, including HVAC, compressed air systems, and general building servicesLead planning, programming, and delivery of all mechanical worksCoordinate with design, commercial, and construction teamsDrive progress on site and manage all reporting lines into the mechanical functionOversee procurement and manage subcontractorsEnsure adherence to budget, programme, and quality standardsRepresent the mechanical team in all key project meetingsRequirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale mechanical projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems in manufacturing or industrial settingsCommercially astute with experience in budgeting, procurement, and cost controlExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsConfident driving programme and managing teams through all phases of deliveryAbility to work independently while aligning with the wider project strategy
