This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Farm Manager looking to step up, or a Farm Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a successful and growing business.Position OverviewAs Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crop production, from planting and irrigation to crop management and harvesting. Working closely with the Farm Director, you will play a key role in implementing efficient and sustainable farming practices while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day farm operations to optimise productivityOversee planting, irrigation, crop care, and harvestingLead and motivate a team of 10+ employeesWork closely with the Farm Director to develop and implement sustainable farming practicesEnsure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry best practicesRequirementsProven experience in farm management, ideally within fresh produceStrong knowledge of root vegetable productionA confident leader with the ability to manage and develop a teamPassion for agriculture and a desire for long-term career growthDegree within in Agriculture / Crop Management or a related field (preferred)How to ApplyIf you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, please apply.
