Oculus are representing a client who due to their continued expansion, are now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Senior Associate for their London City office with a strong technical background and general commercial awareness.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.The Ideal Candidate:A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with at least 5 years PQE in Residential PropertyStrong technical knowledge and understanding of the residential property market and conveyancing processProven experience in the full range of residential conveyancing work including leasehold transactions impacted by the Building Safety ActProven experience working with HNW clients and managing difficult property transactionsOrganised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach giving clients the best advice with a commercial focusAlways striving to deliver excellent client care serviceProfessional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business introducersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsYou must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills with a working knowledge of document and case management systems.
