If already based in Oxfordshire, 5 days per week in Grove officeStart Date: ASAPDuration: 35 monthsOur client, a multinational coorporation, is looking to recruit a number of experienced Paralegals to support their legal team through a corporate reorganisation for an initial period of 35 months (potential to be extended).This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing legal function within a business that sits at the forefront of its sector.Key Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contractsWorking collaboratively with senior legal counselWorking closely with key internal stakeholdersSupporting compliance processes and maintaining legal documentationRequirements:Significant experience working with commercial contracts.Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-pressure environmentPrior in-house experience is a plus, particularly within media, sport, or technology sectorsHighly organised with strong communication skills and commercial awarenessMust be prepared to work in the London office full-time (5 days per week), with flexibility to travel to Oxfordshire should the team require.
