Youll work closely with colleagues across other business areas to support new product launches, ensuring taste and quality are maintained through the process. Youll work with suppliers, ensuring they are well-briefed and delivering products that meet consumer and company requirements. Youll be involved in taste panels, product benchmarking and innovation days.This is a site-based role working Mon-Fri days in a fantastic development centre with superb facilities. Youll be joining a highly regarded food business thats recognised for looking after its team and for doing excellent work in the local community. Your experience as a Development Chef could be in food manufacturing, food service or retail.
