We are now hiring, for our site in Peterborough : Senior Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d) Job description: Your tasks To design, test and commission electrical control systems for Baker Perkins machinery, meeting contractual / customer requirements within time and budget restraints. Main Duties Design our control panels , using our standard or designing from scratch Specify and issue electrical hardware parts lists according to contract specifications, specify technical requirements for bought out equipment Develop and produce PLC and HMI software (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi) Produce machine functional specifications and test specifications Test equipment in our factory / test centre Help the Commissioning Engineers, traveling to customer sites Lend permanent technical assistance in pre-sale and post-sale Help research and develop new products Required profile: Background and/or experience in Industrial Electrical Engineering, at an equipment builder, if possible Professional experience (or apprenticeship) in control panel design Familiarity with programming PLC systems and HMI software Ability and pleasure to travel around the world for some weeks per year Know how to take initiative Solution-driven and customer-oriented sensibility Team spirit and sense of commitment What we offer: We are able to teach you the different aspects of our expertise and integrate you quickly into our passionate team.
