In this role, you'll supervise 24 section engineers and drive excellence across safety, quality, design, and construction methods. Reporting to: Project Engineer Key Responsibilities: Prepare and approve method statements and risk assessments, ensuring safety for the public and workforce. Manage quality control, inspections, and testing in line with contract requirements. Lead dimensional control, ensuring accuracy in construction. Oversee the design process, manage external design teams, and approve drawings. Coordinate temporary works and act as Temporary Works Coordinator/Inspector. Continuously improve construction methods, software, and safety practices. Record and manage client changes and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Provide technical support, mentoring, and leadership to engineering teams. About You: Proven experience in civil engineering design and site management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in managing construction methods, quality systems, and temporary works. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
