This is a fully remote role allowing flexibility to work from home.Overview Of DutiesTo develop and maintain the relationship with existing customers and to target new customers from the marketplace by the effective marketing of current prospectsEstablish and manage with each customer a renewal strategy in accordance with the companies' procedures/aims to maximise renewal successResponsibility to ensure that customers are correctly and adequately insured for all of their insurance exposures and that correct advice is givenTo liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete all supporting documentation to maintain and achieve customer service standardsPerson SpecificationKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesHigh level interpersonal skillsAbility to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationshipsPlanning, organisational and time management skillsExperience in dealing with commercial business insurances programsKnowledge of commercial products and insurance marketProven track record of retention and integrated salesPassion for customer services and professionalismProactive and able to prioritise and effectively manage own workload Education and/or ExperienceAt least 5 years commercial insurance experienceProven track record of retaining and organically growing a book of businessDriving licenseKey InformationHours: 35 hoursLocation: South EastWhat You'll Love About UsWe may be a global business, but our culture is united and truly collaborative.
