Process Manager with Loans experience urgently required for a market-leading company based in Nottingham.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their loans operations - working closely with servicing, product, and strategy teams to design and manage end: end processes that are not only efficient but customer-focused, scalable, and compliant.You will design and own end: end loan processes that deliver strong customer outcomes, identifying, assessing, and managing process risks - with the right controls and mitigations.Working closely with product, engineering, and servicing teams, you will drive continuous improvement (using Lean Six Sigma methodologies), lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for breakdowns and inefficiencies, whilst monitoring and share performance insights.Applicants must have the following:Excellent experience in Process ManagementProven skills in design and ownership of end: end loan processesLean Six Sigma certifiedStrong process design and continuous improvement skillsProven track record in identifying risks and implementing control frameworksExcellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionallyStrong decision-making and analytical skills with a customer-first mindsetThis is an excellent opportunity for a proven Process Manager with a passion for efficiency, risk management, and customer experience to make a tangible impact on how the company serves their customers, streamline operations, and shape the future of lending.It must be stressed that only those with proven experience in the design and ownership of end: end Loan processes will be considered for this position.This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of between £50,000 + 60,000 + excellent benefits.
