A dvanced Social Worker Children & Families ( North Devon) Location: North Devon Rate: Up to 46 per hour Travel/ Accommodation Allowance: Up to 150/ week ( for those 50+ miles from base) Join a dedicated team in North Devon making a real difference in children's lives. We're looking for an experienced Advanced Social Worker who thrives in complex situations and is passionate about supporting families with multiple needs. What Youll Do as a Social Worker: Lead on complex caseloads with in- depth assessments Mentor, coach, and support less experienced staff and students Supervise team members and contribute to team operations Champion high standards of practice and promote learning culture Be a hands- on leader supporting your Team Manager daily What Were Looking For: Significant post- qualifying experience ( Experienced SW level) Expertise in working with families with complex needs Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and delivering training Ability to lead on quality improvement in social care practice Additional Perks: Flexible working: Home working available when service needs allow Weekly travel/ accommodation support up to 150 for those commuting 50+ miles ( with receipts) Make an impact.
