You will proactively deliver high quality repair and maintenance projects ensuring our customer experience requirements are of the highest standard.Monday - Friday 06:00am - 15:30pmOur Benefits package includes:Excellent salary linked to experience28 days holiday (Includes Bank Holidays with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 5 days)Opportunities for Weekend OvertimeDesignated EAP service to support health and financial wellbeingRefer a friend scheme (earn 750 for each referral)Birthday and Christmas Gift VouchersEnjoy discounts for UK hotel staysTraining and Development opportunities for career progression (including HGV Technician conversion course and HGV Licence)Opportunities to share your knowledge as a mentor supporting our growing Apprenticeship program.Charity and Community events throughout the year.Key Activities :Diagnose, service, and repair a range of light commercial vehicles, predominantly vans (Renault Luton's, etc.).Carry out inspections, scheduled maintenance (PMIs), and MOT preparations to DVSA standards.Complete mechanical repairs including brakes, clutches, suspension, exhaust systems, and engine diagnostics.Conduct fault finding using diagnostic equipment and carry out necessary repairs.Ensure all work is completed accurately and within required timelines to minimise vehicle downtime.Perform road tests as required to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.Maintain service records and complete relevant compliance paperwork for each vehicle.Keep the workshop area clean, safe, and organised in line with health 'safety regulations.Compliance & Standards:Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.Comply with DVSA regulations and ensure all vehicles meet roadworthiness standards.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer guidelines and technical bulletins.Ensure accurate completion of job cards, service sheets, and inspection checklists.Report any defects or unsafe practices to the Workshop Manager immediately.Key Requirements:NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.Proven experience working with LCVs, ideally in a fast-paced fleet or workshop environment.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Full UK driving licence (Category B).Good communication and time-management skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.If you are looking for a workplace where your growth is supported, your contributions celebrated and a place you can thrive look no further and contact us today!TPBN1_UKTJ
