We are GLAA licenced, REC and ALP members.We requireHigh Street Recruitment Agency Office 360 sales and servicing Recruitment experience, minimum 2 years experienceExperience of Driving or Industrial 360 Recruitment.Experience of Business Development including converting new business and warm client sales leads, telemarketing to potential new clientsClient servicing and financial planning including face to face client meetings and commercialsThe understanding of and ambition to grow and build your branchExperience dealing with recruitment complianceThe ability to communicate with our diverse workforce.The will to succeed with support from Management TeamWe offer:-Industry standard salary from approx 30,000 to 45,000 basic salary dependant on experience (negotiable)This role would suit a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to move upwards, or an experienced Branch ManagerWe currently operate in the Driving and Industrial markets - we are looking to grow into construction, care, commercial and additional regional growth in our Driving, Industrial and GLAA field workExcellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme including monthly margin commission and new client bonuses from day 19am - 5pm work hours with early finish if your work is doneAchievable targets based on your skill setsMobile phone and laptopRegular reviews with full team supportPromotion from within firstEnhanced holiday entitlement 33 days and Birthday as holidayStaffing Network Rewards including retail and online discounts up to 70% offInterested?
