If you don't feel like you meet all of the role criteria outlined below please don't let that discourage you from applying.The Impact you will have:Assisting sales at the point of order to provide expert advice relating to the machine and the application.Coordinating with sales, the factory, and the customer for the delivery of the machine.Providing method statements and Risk Assessments to the customer.Evaluating site conditions to ensure they are suitable for the type of machine specified.Assisting in coordinating the delivery and commissioning process at the site level.Processing delivery reports, NCRs, and truck handover documentation to HYG.Supporting the schedule in delivery of the technical training for VNA & warehouse products with the training support administrator.Maintaining product knowledge on all Hyster Yale equipment and associated equipment.Establishing a close working relationship with all service managers to ensure the correct level of engineer support is maintained in each area.Assisting in Providing a monthly report to the Field Technical Manager of machines installed and training days delivered.Collating and communicate technical issues and advise engineers through service bulletins.Assisting in Monitoring the warehouse fleet for reliability and liaise with both the manufacturer and engineer to reduce downtime and costs.What will help you to excel in this role:Accredited mechanical /electrical trade technical apprentice or equivalentValid driving LicenseExtensive experience in oral and written communicationSubstantial PC Skills (PowerPoint, word, excel, email & internet)Significant H&S, Environmental and Quality policy awareness & commitmentWhat you can expect from us:Negotiable base salaryCompany CarFuture development and career opportunitiesContributory pension scheme with employer contributions up to 6%Paycare and eyecare health schemeHigh street discountsWhat's nextIf you are interested in joining the Briggs Group then please click on the apply now button and a member of the team will be in touchNot sure if this is the right role for you?
