Youll lead a talented team of Solution Architects and Consultants across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 suite, bringing AI and automation to the forefront of client transformation.What youll be doing:Youll be heading up the Business Applications function, in a brand new role, overseeing delivery across Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Youll work closely with the Director of Client Operations and collaborate across the business to shape project delivery, support presales activity, and engage with Microsoft on capability and co-sell motions.A big part of your role will be to build out a best-in-class Centre of Excellence for Power Platform internally - leveraging low-code and AI solutions to streamline processes and champion modern delivery approaches.From speaking at events and mentoring your team, to supporting technical solutioning and delivery assurance, youll play a key role in setting and maintaining standards as the business scales.This opportunity means you can step into a leadership role where you'll combine hands-on technical direction with strategic growth and team leadership - all while working flexibly and autonomously in a highly respected, people-first environment. Drop us an application!What experience youll need to apply:Experience delivering Power Platform and Dynamics365 solutions (across Marketing, Sales, Service etc.)Background in consultancy or a Microsoft partner environmentExperience leading teams of Solution/Technical/Functional Architects and ConsultantsFamiliarity with Copilot, AI Builder, and automation tools within Microsoft ecosystemClear understanding of customer needs, with a consultative and outcome-driven approachExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersMicrosoft certifications in PL-200, PL-600, or MB-280 desiredWhat youll get in return:This role offers a competitive salary plus benefits.
