Youll have the freedom to think for yourself, using your commercial knowledge to maximise sales potential in your store.We dont have office managers at B&M! As a Store Manager, you'll be present on the floor, getting stuck in and playing a key part in the successful running of your store! Whether its processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting with floor moves or managing compliance, youll be a hands-on leader!Youll work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best.
