Youll get to apply your academic background in people-related disciplines to real-world challenges, work with colleagues across the business, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how the company supports, develops, and engages its people.What Youll Be DoingDesigning and delivering surveys, focus groups and interviews to understand how the organisations culture is evolving and using analytics to spot trends and opportunities.Analysing onboarding, recruitment, and feedback processes to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and evaluate outcomes.Supporting the recruitment process including candidate communications, psychometric testing, and new starter onboarding.Testing and embedding evidence-based approaches to hiring, using data to understand the traits that help individuals thrive.Acting as a culture ambassador providing wellbeing support, answering people-related queries, and helping colleagues feel seen and supported.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope, test and deliver high-impact people initiatives.About YouYoull be ideal for this role if youre driven by making workplaces better, love combining creativity with data, and want to help build a values-led business from the inside out.You Have:A Masters or PhD in a people-focused subject (such as Organisational Psychology, Social Sciences, People Analytics, Business Psychology, or Behavioural Economics)A genuine interest in company culture, employee experience, and the future of workA collaborative, feedback-driven approach to work you're happy to iterate and evolve ideasStrong analytical and problem-solving skills you enjoy asking big questions and testing assumptionsHigh attention to detail and a conscientious mindset you take pride in qualityThe ability to juggle priorities and work across multiple projectsA natural curiosity and the confidence to challenge the status quoA can-do, positive attitude and you believe that work should be fun and fulfillingEssential SkillsClear, adaptive written and verbal communicationStrong analytical thinking and data interpretationSolid organisation and project managementEmotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships across a businessCollaborative mindset with a willingness to share early ideas and take on feedbackBonus Points If You Have:Knowledge of Agile working practicesExperience or qualifications in People Analytics or workplace coachingExposure to HR, recruitment or organisational development projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
