Reporting into our Finance Director, the Credit Controller will be responsible for our monthly invoicing, debt control and collection. The role will require identification and reviewing of debit, chasing outstanding debts and liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally, whilst following processes efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate, review and manage customer debtChase the companys debtor and liaise with debt collectors when necessaryLiaise with internal departments to resolve queries or disputesMaintain accurate records in both Excel and SalesforceFollow company credit control policies and procedures to mitigate financial riskGather data for, generate and reconcile monthly invoicesOther ad-hoc tasksMonitor and prioritise the credit control inbox daily, responding to queries, escalating issues where needed, and ensuring no communication is overlookedKey Skills/ExperienceStrong communication skills with the ability to confidently and professionally engage with customers and other stakeholders in the business to resolve debt issuesHigh attention to detailHighly organised and the ability to manage multiple accounts, track status and prioritise workloadExperience with ExcelSalesforce experience would be a nice to haveWhy join Blink Payment?Come on board a fast growing, privately owned business26 days annual leave + bank holidaysAn additional day of annual leave for your BirthdayEarly finish on a Friday at 3:30pmPrivate Medical InsuranceAccess to PerkboxMatched pension contributions up to 6%Enhanced maternity/paternity leaveFrequent company social events + quarterly company offsitesLearning and development opportunities
