In this role, youll play a key part in supporting the firms risk and compliance operations by analysing potential conflicts of interest across a diverse range of practice areas.The firm is looking for someone with around one years experience in a professional services environment, ideally educated to degree level, though applications from candidates with differing levels of experience are welcomed where relevant skills can be demonstrated.Some of the responsibilities will include: Reviewing and validating information submitted via request forms, using a variety of resources and liaising with fee earners when necessary Interpreting complex search results from internal and external databases to assess potential conflicts Communicating potential conflict issues clearly to stakeholders across the business Escalating complex or sensitive issues to senior members of the risk team Assisting in the set-up and management of information barriers Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory requirements Supporting education and awareness of conflicts policies within the firm Contributing to team projects and providing cover for colleagues when neededThey are looking for candidates with strong analytical and research skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with stakeholders at all levels.This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a highly respected legal environment, with full support for your professional development from day one.
