Our vision is clear: we are one team, driven by purpose, building better futures one healthcare professional at a time.Purpose of the roleThe FP&A Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Conexus has accurate, comprehensive, and timely analysis to support decision-making across the organisation.Responsible for building annual budgets and forecasts for different teams and consolidating them into one master budget.Analysing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management.Creating financial models to predict growth and forecast performance.Analysing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.Evaluating new and existing projects, business cases, investments, and assets to determine their validity and appraise their value.Preparing financial and strategic plans for individual teams and Conexus as a whole.Coaching and ongoing development of teams across Conexus on budgeting, forecasting, and business case preparation.Management of risk, effective control of allocated budget and resources, and building a culture of continuous improvement.What were looking forEducated to masters degree level or equivalent experience within healthcare staffing or similar industries or functional rolesACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifiedExperience with budgeting and planning cycles in global businessesExperience in evaluating business cases and projects and coaching managers on improvementsStrong commercial acumen with a collaborative, business partnering mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailExpertise in helping end users with financial forecasting.Creating a range of financial models based on scenario planning.Building financial plans for different teams with different financial needsProvision of appropriate insight to senior managersExperience in competitor analysisA strong communicator with an ability to influence senior stakeholdersFinancial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowAdvanced Excel for financial modelling with demonstrable experience & examplesPower BI would be beneficialConexus MedStaff provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
